Alamo Plaza Garage

Walker Consultants provided a due diligence appraisal of the parking structure that serves the Alamo Building located at 1401 17th Street.  The parking structure was built in 1981 and provides 485 spaces on 5 levels with a cast-in-place concrete flat slab and precast prestressed concrete columns, beams and floors.  Walker developed repair documents and observed the repairs for the problems identified in the report for the columns and floors.
