Thom is an architect and serves as a Senior Consultant in Walker’s Atlanta office. With over 40 years of experience in architectural design, real estate, and construction industry, including 15 years in the due diligence field, Thom has been involved in all aspects of property evaluation, portfolio management and client relationships. His experience has focused upon property condition and environmental assessments for property transfers, financing and acquisition of multifamily properties, hotels, warehouses, retail centers and office buildings.
Thom has additional expertise in owner representation, construction reviews, and construction monitoring as well as project feasibility studies. Over the years, Thom has worked directly with acquisition managers, lending institutions, regulatory agencies, and financial analysts as part of his due diligence experience.
