Nicholas Frezza is the Director of Consulting in Walker’s New York office and serves as the firm’s national lead for Automated Parking. With over 15 years of experience, he specializes in parking structure design, master planning, operational strategy, and technology consulting. His work spans the full lifecycle of parking solutions—from feasibility studies to design and implementation—for a wide range of project types.
Recognized for his expertise in below-grade and podium parking design, Nicholas was selected to join Walker’s Dubai office, where he contributed to large-scale, complex international developments. He plays a key role in both domestic and global projects, having designed parking systems for commercial towers, mixed-use developments, healthcare campuses, higher education institutions, and municipal facilities.
His portfolio includes landmark efforts such as the 7,800-space underground garage at the Haeundae Resort in Busan, South Korea; 11,000 below-grade spaces for a major mixed-use district in Saudi Arabia; and a 1,500-space structured garage for Belmont Park Arena on Long Island.
