Marion Parker is the Managing Principal for Walker’s Atlanta office. She has more than 25 years of parking design experience serving clients throughout the southeast. As a structural engineer and project manager, she is experienced in all aspects of projects including contracting, budgeting, scheduling, construction documentation, and construction administration.
Marion has extensive experience performing condition assessments, developing restoration designs, and managing restoration projects for steel, precast concrete, and cast-in-place concrete structures. She has developed long-term asset management plans for clients and continues to facilitate the implementation of repairs in accordance with the client’s budget.
