Erika Green is a building envelope consultant and project manager in Walker’s Chicago West office. She is responsible for evaluation, design, and project management for building envelope projects such as building and plaza leakage testing, façade and roof condition assessments, waterproofing replacement, window replacement, roofing replacement, concrete repair, masonry repair, and terra cotta repair projects for low-rise to high-rise buildings.
Erika has more than 10 years of experience in performing site investigations, condition assessments, and conducting Chicago-required visual and critical (close-up) examination inspections of high-rise building facades. She is also experienced in preparing repair design and construction documents, preparing agreements, and providing bidding and construction observation services for various types of building envelope projects. Erika’s clientele includes residential, commercial, institutional, educational and not-for-profit clients.
