Ellen is a Curb, Mobility, and Parking Planner supporting projects for Walker’s San Francisco and Los Angeles offices. She specializes in helping municipal clients develop parking policies and management plans consistent with community goals for livability, health, economic vitality, social equity, and environmental sustainability. She enjoys collaborative problem solving: analyzing local land use and transportation conditions, engaging with community stakeholders, synthesizing findings and research, and helping develop policy and planning solutions.
Before joining Walker, Ellen worked on a wide variety of policy, planning, and community engagement initiatives with the City Manager’s Office in Mountain View, CA and the Planning Division in Fremont, CA.
