David is a Project Manager and Senior Structural Engineer for Walker Consultants. He specializes in the functional and structural design of new parking garages, with an emphasis on concrete construction, including precast/prestressed concrete, cast-in-place post-tensioned concrete, and foundations of all types.
In his 20 years with Walker Consultants, David has been involved with the design of over 100 parking deck projects, serving as the project manager and/or lead structural engineer. He has experience across many of Walker’s markets, including aviation, development, education, entertainment, government, healthcare, retail, and even childcare.
