Dave Parish, PE is the Director of Restoration in Walker’s Ann Arbor office. He has over 15 years of experience rehabilitating parking structures and building façades, managing projects from the initial condition assessment through construction observations. Having been integrally involved on over 300 restoration projects, he provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to deliver consistent and successful results to Walker’s clients during large and complex assignments.
Dave has successfully led the evaluation, design, and construction administration on some of Walker’s most notable restorations, including over $20 million in façade improvements at the Book Tower in Detroit, over $30 million in parking structure repairs in recent years for Wayne State University, over $9 million of façade improvements at the Buhl Building in Detroit, and two recent multi-million-dollar repair projects at the Detroit Metro Airport parking structures.
