Dana is the Director of Building Envelope in our Princeton, NJ office. She has more than a dozen years of experience in building enclosure consulting, commissioning, peer review services, facade assessments, and hygrothermal analysis of various facade systems. She also works in the development of repair and rehabilitation documents, conducts water leakage investigations, performs building envelope testing including infrared thermography, and provides construction observation services.
Dana has experience with a variety of new and existing construction types, including mixed-use commercial, low- and high-rise residential, university, healthcare, life science, and pharmaceutical. She regularly performs evaluations of all aspects of the building envelope including waterproofing, exterior facades (e.g., fenestration, glass and glazing, masonry, terra cotta, limestone, concrete, EIFS, and metal panels), and roofing. Much of her work in recent years has involved prefabricated and unitized envelope assemblies.
