Carolyn is Vice President and Managing Principal of Walker’s New York office. During her 25 years at Walker, she has worked on hundreds of parking studies across a variety of market sectors. She has extensive experience providing parking master plans, financial studies, demand studies, and management consulting for clients ranging from suburban complexes, where parking is free and uncontrolled, to large metropolitan areas.
Her analyses help clients: plan for growth and redevelopment; manage parking systems for better efficiency and customer service; evaluate the finances of existing systems and new projects, NOI improvement, and revenue/expense projections; and choose sites, alternatives planning systems, and parking technology.
