Brian is the Managing Principal of Walker’s Tampa office and has been with the company since 1996. He is knowledgeable in all aspects of structural design and analysis, specifications preparation, and field support of new and existing parking structures.
Brian has extensive experience performing condition appraisals, overseeing design development, and handling all aspects of project planning and scheduling, construction documentation and administration, and representing the owner during the construction process. He is experienced in project representation in the field, as well as day-to-day dealings with contractors and owners’ representatives.
Brian has provided a wide range of structural design, project management, and engineering services, as well as overseeing repairs to existing precast, unbonded post-tensioned, and conventional cast-in-place parking facilities.
