Brad is a Vice President and is the Managing Principal for both Chicago offices. He has over 20 years of experience at Walker and is currently responsible for overseeing the production and Quality Assurance process for all projects managed through our Chicago-based offices. Brad is recognized as an industry leader in parking functional design. In addition to being a parking expert, Brad brings experience in post-tensioned and precast/prestressed concrete design and is a licensed professional engineer. Brad has been involved in many sustainable design projects. In 2011 he served as Project Manager on the Des Plaines Rivers Casino in Des Plaines, IL, which was awarded LEED Gold. It was the first casino development in the United States to do so. Brad was able to incorporate state of the art features such as an intelligent Parking Guidance System, high efficiency LED lighting, green trellis walls, and the use of recycled and regional materials into the design.
