Working at the intersection of policy, economics, finance, and technology, his work at Walker has focused on optimizing the use of off-street parking and on-street curb resources, along with the associated financial implications. This includes work performed on numerous parking monetization and privatization efforts. During his tenure at Walker, he has worked for public and private sector clients throughout North America, Asia, and the Middle East. His 15+ years of planning experience also includes real estate market analysis, real estate development feasibility, and regional planning data analysis/reporting.
