Andrew Jeffrey has more than 14 years’ experience with building envelopes including forensic engineering and building restoration. He works on a wide variety of projects involving new design, investigation, and restoration of existing buildings. He consults with building owners, building managers, architects, contractors, and attorneys.
Andrew’s experience includes the evaluation of building-enclosure systems (such as windows, curtain walls, insulation, EIFS, water-resistive barriers, cladding panels, masonry, and roofing), field and laboratory testing of materials, and preparation of design details and specifications for both new construction and repairs to existing buildings.
