Allister is a Senior Mechanical Engineer in Walker’s Atlanta office. Allister manages and performs mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) diagnostic studies and assessments, MEP retrofit design projects, property condition assessments (PCAs) including enhanced MEP assignments for PCAs, facility condition assessment (FCAs), energy modeling, MEP commissioning (Cx) and retro-commissioning, MEP construction monitoring and litigation support in new and existing facilities.
Allister has over 34 years of experience which includes HVAC, plumbing and fire protection system design, commercial nuclear and fossil power plant engineering, industrial air and water pollution control systems design, construction support and commissioning.
