Scott is a Vice President and Senior Project Manager in the Minneapolis office. He joined Walker in 1998 as a parking consultant and project manager. He has diverse parking operations and design experience, with an educational background in structural engineering and a professional focus on project management. He has been involved with a variety of projects and client types, leading to a keen understanding of each owner’s unique requirements.
Scott has a background in parking consulting, functional design, economic feasibility, project programming, structural durability, cost estimating/control, and structural system design. He was the Project Manager for the new 2,200-space parking structure at Eppley Airfield in Omaha, NE.
