Rich’s expertise and experience comes from 20 + years working primarily in residential construction. Rich is a “Hands-on” Consultant who has dealt with many different difficult water intrusion issues, including working closely with structural engineers, geotechnical engineers, hydrologists, and material testing laboratories in order to solve water intrusion issues in and around residential construction. Additionally, Rich has experience as the point of contact and Subject Material Expert for construction defect litigation cases.
Rich is responsible for a wide variety of services including condition assessments, field investigations, specification and design peer review, bidding/ negotiation, plan check, construction administration, quality assurance/ quality control testing, and observations related to the building enclosure. Rich has extensive experience working on projects of all sizes for buildings of mixed-use, apartment, condominium, single family residential and a wide variety of Homeowner Associations.
