Justin is a Restoration Consultant in the Indianapolis office, with responsibilities primarily including assessing and restoring parking structures and leading the office’s construction administration efforts for restoration projects throughout the Midwest region.
Justin has more than 15 years of experience in performing site investigations, condition assessments, preparation of contract documents, and construction administrative services. He has been involved in various types of parking-related restoration projects, including water and air infiltration testing and roof assessments for building envelopes. He has led the efforts in multiple restoration projects, including the project manager for asphalt-related projects and parking structure repairs. He works across several markets, including private developers, universities, and healthcare clients.
