Andrew is a Parking and Mobility Consultant in Walker’s downtown Chicago office. He manages projects that involve comprehensive municipal parking plans, parking supply and demand analyses, transportation master planning, transportation demand management, parking operations and management, hospital, university, and airport parking and mobility plans, and financial feasibility/market analyses.
With a background in urban and regional planning, Andrew specializes in parking supply right-sizing through the analysis of area land uses and transportation mode choice. He is knowledgeable in the mechanisms of the built environment and how it interacts at the human scale. Andrew is also acutely aware of the importance of preemptive thinking when considering the rapidly changing landscape in transportation planning through technological improvements and evolving consumer behaviors. Andrew joined Walker as a Planning Analyst in 2016 after previously working as an Analyst for a consulting firm specializing in public assembly venue planning. He lives car-free in Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood where he enjoys attending concerts, frequenting neighborhood street festivals, running along the lakefront, reading, sailing, and beach volleyball.
